Stop By McKenna’s Pumpkin Patch this Fall

If you’re planning on being in Branson sometime during the next two weeks and you have young kids, make a family trip to the McKenna Family Farm Pumpkin Patch for some wholesome fall fun in the Ozarks.

The McKenna family has been offering a family friendly pumpkin patch to residents of visitors of the Ozarks for nine years now and the fun just keep growing year after year. The newest addition to the pumpkin patch this year is a huge bounce pillow and it’s been a big hit with kids and parents alike.

When I stopped by the farm earlier this week, the play area was absolutely filled with kids playing on the the new bounce pillow, the pumpkin bounce house, the pony swings and the slides. The play area also features a big bale hay maze, a tricycle race track, corn boxes, baby farm animals, a two-acre maze, rubber ducky water races and bouncy horse races.

There’s also a little shop near the pumpkin patch where you can pick up picture perfect gourds and pumpkins for the carving or to decorate your home as well as baked goods and other fall treats.

Enjoy a curvy, scenic drive through the beautiful Ozark hills of Branson on your way to the family farm. Once you arrive, hop on a hay ride through the spook-tacular woods, let the kids get their faces painted and spend some much needed playtime on the huge new bounce pillow before heading home to carve your perfect pumpkins, plucked right from the McKenna Pumpkin Patch.

The McKenna Family Farm Pumpkin Patch is the perfect fall activity for a cool autumn day. It’s located at 3265 State Hwy. F, Branson and is open until Sunday, November 2. Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 10 a.m.- 6 p.m., Friday-Saturday 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
