Grab your cowboy hat and boots and hop on the trail to Branson because today is the first day of National Harvest Festival at Silver Dollar City, featuring an all new Wild West Show with trick riders, ropers Native American dancers and more!
This popular, annual festival will continue through October 25 so you’ve got lots of time to plan your fall trip to Branson.
The National Harvest & Cowboy Festival also features more than 125 visiting craftsmen including Best of Missouri Hands, live western and bluegrass music, a cowboy poet, chuckwagon cooking demos, wild mustangs and a western barn dance. This year’s festival will also host the last year of the Pinkerton Man Western Stunt Show.
In addition to all these fun activities, you and your family will be able to experience autumn in the Ozarks. Warm-colored changing leaves, the sweet smell of cooking spices and cinnamon and the cool crisp air that begins to seep through the Ozarks in October will make for a memorable trip to Branson.
