Area 57 to Host Orphan Car Show in Branson

Orphan Car Show The city of Branson hosts a variety of car shows throughout the year, but Area 57 is scheduled to host a unique one in just a few weeks.

The weekend of September 12-13 will feature a friendly, non-judged car show filled with pre-1985 orphan cars for the browsing.

Orphan cars are defined as historical vehicles whose manufacturer has discontinued business in the United States and include marques like Studebaker, Pontiac, Edsel and more.

Orphan Car Show The Branson Orphan Car Show will showcase these vintage styles and will feature live music from The Sam Club Band Friday evening from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.

Same day, onsite registration for automobiles will begin at 9 a.m. at the Area 57 show field on both Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13 but pre-registration is encouraged.
