If you’re a veteran to all the shows in Branson you’ve no doubt seen show after show backed up by some amazing musicians and bands. But this is one unique show to Branson that doesn’t have a band made up of any guitars, drums, strings, woodwinds or keyboards.
SIX has been performing in Branson for seven years now this group of brothers continues to wow audiences as they use their incredible vocal abilities to create realistic, instrumental sounds without ever even touching an instrument.
The brothers grew up in a musical home and with natural musical abilities. They sang together at church, rotary clubs, various community events and talent contests and experimented with a variety of musical genres.
After moving to southern California in 1987 in search of stardom and surviving off of a steady diet of Ramen and Cheerios, the boys began singing on the streets. Not long after that, they were recognized for their amazing talent and began performing regular gigs at local clubs.
In 1990, they won Harmony Sweepstakes and finally became a full-time performing group in 1995. They have since won several awards and performed all over the world.
Known as “An Orchestra of Human Voices,” brothers Barry, Kevin, Lynn, Jak, Owen and Curtis are not only fantastic vocalists, but they put on an electrifying, high energy show that keeps you wondering how in the world these men create such sounds with only their lips.
Next time you’re in Branson, make sure you check out this one-of-a-kind show that your family will be talking about for the rest of the summer.
