Break Tradition With the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra’s Saxophone Symphony

SaxophoneThe Taneycomo Festival Orchestra (TFO) presents its second-to-last free concert of the ongoing series tomorrow at 8 p.m. at the Old Stone Church.

This concert will feature a non-traditional orchestra, made up of saxophones.

Symphonies are normally made up of strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion and keyboards, but the TFO wants to change things up with a room full of woodwinds instead.

Taneycomo Festival Orchestra Come out and discover a new variety of eclectic sounds with the Taneycomo Festival Saxophone Orchestra concert.

The Old Stone Church is located at the corner of Pacific and 4th Street in downtown Branson.

  1. This sounds like a ton of fun. Saxes have the widest range of sounds, I bet it sounds really unique. Have to check it out!!
