Musicians Arrive in Branson Today for the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra

Taneycomo Festival Orchestra Musicians are arriving in Branson tonight at 5 p.m. for the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra (TFO) to kick off a free, two-week concert series of classical music in Branson.

According to the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra’s official website, the TFO “is a new nonprofit organization that seeks to break the 19th century tradition that attending a symphony concert is a formal and elitist event by providing an accessible and casual series of concerts and educational programs while continuing to preserve these great works of art in our destination city.”

The concert series begins tomorrow at Vintage Paris Café with the 7 p.m. art show “Fever” by the White River Artist Alliance. The night will be and enjoyable one, filled with music from the TFO Winds, art and Vintage Paris beverages.
