Ozark Mountain Christmas is Back in Branson

Ozark Mountain ChristmasWith October coming to a close, it’s time for another Ozark Mountain Christmas. Branson takes this time of year very seriously. Silver Dollar City shuts down for a week to get ready, every establishment in Branson puts up festive decorations and the shows in Branson begin their holiday celebrations. This holiday season is no exception.

In early November, most of the shows in Branson will stop performing their regular summer/fall shows and begin their holiday shows. The theaters will be decorated and the stars of the shows will be singing your favorite carols and chatting up Santa Clause. If you haven’t visited Branson yet this year, now is the time to load up the family and make the trip. The holiday season in Branson is truly magical.

If you are looking for something to do with the family this holiday season, take in one of the many holiday themed shows. If you are looking to make a weekend out of the trip, there are plenty of other things to do.

The Trail of Lights is a wonderful way to get in the holiday spirit. This 160-acre homestead has been transformed into a Christmas wonderland full of lights. Each display has theme music to help bring the scene to life. As you drive through the Trail of Lights, you will find your self mesmerized.

This holiday season, take the time to visit Branson and remind yourself and your family why Christmas is such a magical time of year. Especially an Ozark Mountain Christmas.

  1. There is almost nothing better the Christmas in Branson. There is always something to do and the decorations for everything in Branson are set up the best they could be. Definitely is the #1 place to visit during the Christmas season.
