  1. While certainly not a substitute for visiting the doctor I’ve found this fair can be great for those ‘small’ health concerns I have but never find time to get checked. Also typically a just an all-around good time.

  2. I wonder what the silver sneakers demonstration is exactly? I’d be interested in learning how to cook better though. I don’t have the funding to be organic, but I would like to figure out how to cut down on the “bad” factor in what I do buy.

  3. To many people take their own health for granted. I have had to many close family and friends get sick and some die. My son being one of the sick ones with cancer. Alot of times your health can be fixed or prevented and when there are free opportunities – then do it.

  4. Too bad I’ll already be out of town for that weekend! I’d love to watch the cooking demonstrations. I could definitely use some pointers on how to cook healthier!

  5. I think that it is Great that there are still cities that reach out to there comunities and help them as well as provided them with learning how to take care of there conditions.

  6. This would be a weekend well spent if it wasn’t vday weekend. I don’t know that he’d want to be dragged along to a health convention.. lol.

  7. I think the fitness for kids is great. Teach the children early in life. Also the healthy heart screening to The fact that its free is a hge bonus

  8. I think the Tai Chi Demonstration would be interesting. I am interested in learning more about Tai Chi. I am always looking for a new way to better my life and stay fit.

  9. This seems like a great way to learn some heathy habits! Too bad it interferes with Valentine’s Day, probably the second most unhealthy holiday with all its chocolate and candy…

  10. This is something I can bring my sister with..she’s all into healthy eating and I know she would be interested in taking a look at the cooking demonstration.
